The World's Premiere Child Grappling Website

June 18, 2025

Life has been busy lately. I wanted to write a quick post so that I can write actual words on this website instead of just sharing pictures of weird, random stuff that exists in my house.

Here’s where I’m at right now:

  • I’m thinking about developing an online course to teach people how to earn money writing nonfiction books for kids. This is something I know a lot about (I’ve been in the industry for a decade), and I think I could teach it well. I made an outline for this idea a few years ago, but I was way too busy to make it happen. Maybe now is the time?

I do not intend to use this website to advertise anything, though I may share updates here from time to time. Also happy to share some information (for free) to people who may be interested in the idea.

  • I’m finally coming out of a long fog. It’s been over a month since I’ve felt OK. I don’t know if it was just the bad air quality here in Minneapolis, or if it was a mild depression around my work situation. Or maybe it was the soggy weather. Regardless, it’s been unpleasant and I’m glad to be feeling better.

  • Sometimes I really want to start a family, and other times I’m glad I haven’t yet. It feels weird to bring this up on this silly website, but here I am. In my experience, most people on Neocities are childfree (and years younger than me), so I haven’t encountered a lot of people discussing raising children on this platform. So, welcome to the premiere should-we-or-shouldn’t-we child grappling website on Neocities, where logic tells us one thing but our hearts tell us another.

  • Do you know how hard it is to find clothes for an 88-year-old woman? Like, that fit her needs, are made of a decent quality fabric at a fixed-income price, and were not made for clubbing?

  • I saw Pamela Anderson wearing a jacket like this in The Last Showgirl and now I want to wear a jacket like this. Look at David’s Bridal coming through for me, with a free Mrs. patch to boot.
